Excellent fitness studio catering for all abilities. as a recent joiner, it's been a welcoming place, good fun and a great workouts to help you on your fitness journey. We currently just pay on the door but there is a monthly option for people who do more classes. All in all, great place to increase your fitness.
Great facility for all things fitness
Great place to get a decent workout. Great motivation from the instructors. Great feeling - after an hour or so after sessions - once the muscles have got over what's just happened to them. Wouldn't really want go anywhere else.
This place is amazing! The owner and all the trained staff are fantastic! They make you feel very welcome as a newcomer and encourage you to do things at your own pace. The equipment is very up to date especially The "go flo suspensions". The other members are so friendly and are very welcoming it's like having your own gym family! I recently got an injury (not gym related) and straight away I had the support and guidance from them to ease back into things when I'm ready! I would definitely recommend this and have to my friends and family! Go on give TGS a go you will not be disappointed!
Absolutely just the best gym ever! Never was a big gym going in the past until I found TGS. Classes are so much fun with knowledgeable trainers and a friendly and welcoming environment. Made great friends here as a bonus of achieving fitness goals and setting new ones ... love love love!
